Fiery Words Can’t Be Kept Back When They Are of the LORD

Jer 20:9 ESV
(9)  If I say, “I will not mention Him, or speak any more in His name,” there is in my heart as it were a burning fire shut up in my bones, and I am weary with holding it in, and I cannot.

Jeremiah was a mighty prophet and he was required of the LORD to prophesy with great boldness to the King of Judah and the coming captivity of Judah into the hand of the king of Babylon. Jeremiah was even beaten and imprisoned by Pashhur the priest for prophesying such doom, and his own family ridiculed him too. The LORD told Jeremiah not to trust his family even if they were to say friendly words to him.

Jeremiah was so full of the fiery Words of the LORD that even if he tried to remain still and not to prophesy the Spirit of the LORD would overtake him and roar through him. He could not contain the Words of the LORD as they burned like fire inside of him.

Have you ever just sat and sat on a word in your spirit and no matter how hard you tried to keep it in you just couldn’t because the Spirit of the LORD prevailed in birthing it? When a Word is that heavy and you can’t shake it from coming to your spirit it is extremely important to be released. The word you speak may even be just to declare it to the rocks or the hills, but rest assured as it comes out by the Spirit of the LORD it goes forth with purpose and echoes throughout those hills to fulfill the purpose He designed them to do.

There is a remnant generation who has kept the Words of the LORD in them and they will begin releasing them in the upcoming season with great fiery zeal and boldness to proclaim the coming of the Messiah and to get ready for Him.

Be blessed with His fiery love and passion,

Call To Repentance

Rev 3:19 ESV
(19)  Those whom I love, I reprove and discipline, so be zealous and repent.

2Pe 3:9 ESV
(9)  The Lord is not slow to fulfill His promise as some count slowness, but is patient toward you, not wishing that any should perish, but that all should reach repentance.

Luk 5:32 ESV
(32)  I have not come to call the righteous but sinners to repentance.”

The call of repentance is still going forth with fiery preaching and will intensify through His people as every day we get closer to the return of the Lord Jesus. He loves and therefore He reproves and disciplines.

With His Holy Love for you,

Encourage Yourself In The Lord

Psa 43:5 ESV
(5)  Why are you cast down, O my soul, and why are you in turmoil within me? Hope in God; for I shall again praise Him, my salvation and my God.

Stir yourself up and speak to yourself! Let your own ears hear your voice speak to your soul and get encouraged in the Lord. You don’t have to wait for someone else to come along to speak encouragement, you already have it from the very Word of God. Dig into His promises and quote them by faith over your situation. He is your salvation and your God!

Be blessed with His Love today and forever more,

Give NO Room For The devil

Blessings to you. Remember to not give place to the devil. Don’t allow sin to remain. Repent immediately and get back in right standing with the Holy Father through the Blood of Jesus. I took today’s comments from Adam Clarke’s study as it brings a good revelation upon this Scripture verse.

Eph 4:27 LEB
(27)  nor give place to the devil.

Adam Clarke’s commentary on the Bible from Eph 4:27
Neither give place to the devil – Your adversary will strive to influence your mind, and irritate your spirit; watch and pray that he may not get any place in you, or ascendancy over you.

Cast down those vain imaginations and thoughts!

2Co 10:3-5 KJV
(3)  For though we walk in the flesh, we do not war after the flesh:
(4)  (For the weapons of our warfare are not carnal, but mighty through God to the pulling down of strong holds;)
(5)  Casting down imaginations, and every high thing that exalteth itself against the knowledge of God, and bringing into captivity every thought to the obedience of Christ;

Extravagant blessings to you today.

Jerusalem You Shall Be Built!

It doesn’t matter what the secular news has to say about Jerusalem or what anyone else says for that matter, but what the LORD says over that city the apple of His eye! O Jerusalem you shall be built! You shall be inhabited!

Zec 1:16-17 ESV
(16)  Therefore, thus says the LORD, I have returned to Jerusalem with mercy; My house shall be built in it, declares the LORD of hosts, and the measuring line shall be stretched out over Jerusalem.
(17)  Cry out again, Thus says the LORD of hosts: My cities shall again overflow with prosperity, and the LORD will again comfort Zion and again choose Jerusalem.'”

Zec 2:10-12 ESV
(10)  Sing and rejoice, O daughter of Zion, for behold, I come and I will dwell in your midst, declares the LORD.
(11)  And many nations shall join themselves to the LORD in that day, and shall be My people. And I will dwell in your midst, and you shall know that the LORD of hosts has sent Me to you.
(12)  And the LORD will inherit Judah as His portion in the holy land, and will again choose Jerusalem.”
Let us continually pray for the peace within the borders of Jerusalem and for her prosperity.

Psa 122:6-7 ESV
(6)  Pray for the peace of Jerusalem! “May they be secure who love you!
(7)  Peace be within your walls and security within your towers!”

Love and extravagant blessings from the Lord to you,

Holiness 101 Requirements of a Christian

There is a place that we as Christians must be able to walk if we desire to see the manifest Presence of God working in our lives through miracles of healing, casting out devils and such. That place is perfection and holiness. It is possible to lead a Holy Spirit led life and not fulfill the lusts of the flesh. What is the definition of perfection and holiness? That is answered in Job 2:3 " that feareth God, and escheweth evil".

King David knew that perfection was possible and he understood the requirements of holiness and its lifestyle. He describes it as he wrote Psalm 101. One thing we should remember is that even though we are under grace in Christ it is not a reason to relax and coast into Paradise with Jesus, it is a fearful thing to fall into the hands of a Living God! (see Heb 10:31)

If I told you living holy was easy then it wouldn't be the truth, but if we are willing to do it, then there is a greater anointing that our LORD will supply because of the sacrifice. This sacrifice can simply be to turn off the TV, stop going to movies, and seek His Face in the prayer closet. He is a rewarder…

Heb 11:6 KJV
(6)  But without faith it is impossible to please Him: for he that cometh to God must believe that He is, and that He is a rewarder of them that diligently seek Him.

There is a place of holiness that God expects of His people to walk. Read 2Co 7:1 and take note that Paul said "let us" cleanse ourselves, he didn't say let the grace of Christ cover us from every defilement of body and spirit….but what did he say…..bringing holiness to completion in the fear of God. When we truly fear the LORD we will choose to flee sin and run to Him. It is not the desire of the Father for you to enter into temptation, but to defeat it through prayer and fellowship with Him so He can deliver you from the evil.

Mat 6:13 KJV
(13)  And lead us not into temptation, but deliver us from evil: For thine is the kingdom, and the power, and the glory, for ever. Amen.

2Co 7:1 ESV
(1)  Since we have these promises, beloved, let us cleanse ourselves from every defilement of body and spirit, bringing holiness to completion in the fear of God.

Job 2:3 KJV
(3)  And the LORD said unto Satan, Hast thou considered my servant Job, that there is none like him in the earth, a perfect and an upright man, one that feareth God, and escheweth evil? and still he holdeth fast his integrity, although thou movedst me against him, to destroy him without cause.

Psa 101:1-4 KJV
(1)  A Psalm of David. I will sing of mercy and judgment: unto thee, O LORD, will I sing.
(2)  I will behave myself wisely in a perfect way. O when wilt thou come unto me? I will walk within my house with a perfect heart.
(3)  I will set no wicked thing before mine eyes: I hate the work of them that turn aside; it shall not cleave to me.
(4)  A froward heart shall depart from me: I will not know a wicked person.

Blessings of His Love, grace and peace be multiplied extravagantly to you!

FAITH – Fully Assured In Trusting Him

It does not matter what you see! Faith operates in the evidence of things not seen. Even if you have had a financial lack and you are believing for the breakthrough it does not change how faith operates, because faith operates in a realm above the natural that is seen. It is a supernatural release based on the Word of God as we decree in agreement with His Word. Imagine if God only said in the beginning, “I think there will be light!”. Of course He didn’t say that! Thank our PaPa Daddy God that He didn’t speak it that way, else the sun would not be in its place and shining today.

When you study the Hebrew text on the English phrase we know as “Let there be light.” found in Gen 1:3 you will find it is more precise in Hebrew and more directly spoken as “Be Light!”. Darkness had no choice but to yield to the creative power of faith spoken out with His “Word”. That word “be” is still echoing today as the sun shines. GLORY! That command from the Father is still creating and working from that one moment of “Be light!”.

Take sometime today and think about faith. It does not come from trials or seeing God deliver others through them, that may strengthen your faith but it won’t increase it. Increase of faith comes as we hear the Word of God. Talk to yourself as you read. Let your ears hear His Word. Apply it to your life and be a doer of His Word.  Put faith to action with your confession!

If you are facing an impossible situation then that is great! Turn to God with Full Assurance In Trusting Him (FAITH) and release the Word He has given you concerning the situation from His Holy Bible.

2Co 5:7 MKJV
(7)  For we walk by faith, not by sight;

Heb 11:1 MKJV
(1)  Now faith is the substance of things hoped for, the evidence of things not seen.

Rom 10:17 MKJV
(17)  Then faith is of hearing, and hearing by the Word of God.

Gal 6:9 MKJV
(9)  But we should not lose heart in well-doing, for in due season we shall reap, if we do not faint.

Jas 2:20-24 MKJV
(20)  But will you know, O vain man, that faith without works is dead?
(21)  Was not Abraham our father justified by works when he had offered Isaac his son upon the altar?
(22)  Do you see how faith worked with his works, and from the works faith was made complete?
(23)  And the Scripture was fulfilled which says, “Abraham believed God, and it was imputed to him for righteousness, and he was called the friend of God.”
(24)  You see then how a man is justified by works, and not by faith only.

Keep digging into His Word!

Persecutions and Afflictions? Rejoice You’re On The Right Path!

Have you ever thought of persecution as encouragement? You should! Paul said in 2Th 1:4-6 that persecution is the evidence we are doing something right and are being considered worthy of the kingdom of God. Apostle Paul goes as far to say that he took pleasure in the obstacles he went through. What an example of the grace of Jesus Christ being poured through Paul. His grace was sufficient enough to become the strength that Paul needed. Strength in grace. Godliness with contentment is much gain!

Don’t go about trying to get even with those who have persecuted or afflicted you either, give way and leave that to God! He considers it a righteous thing to repay those who have done wrong to you with affliction to them. What one sows that they will reap, for God is not mocked. We are not to go about taking pleasure or joy in knowing that the wrath of God will be upon them if they do not repent, but pray for them as Jesus said to do. Pray for those who have despitefully used you. Do good to them that don’t love you for then you will be the sons of the Father shining as the Light. It is also Biblical advice to warn others of those who have resisted the Gospel and attempted to hinder it. Alexander the coppersmith was one of those that Paul told Timothy to stay away from because of the evil deeds he did. God will repay those according to their deeds.

Stay strong in Jesus and with the strength of His grace! You are always going to obtain the victory in Jesus with Him as you stay submitted to His Word.1 Cor 15:57 Raise up your hands and praise His glorious Name for He has delivered you from all of the persecutions.

2Ti 4:17-18 ESV
(17)  But the Lord stood by me and strengthened me, so that through me the message might be fully proclaimed and all the Gentiles might hear it. So I was rescued from the lion’s mouth.
(18)  The Lord will rescue me from every evil deed and bring me safely into his heavenly kingdom. To him be the glory forever and ever. Amen.

Psa 54:7 ESV
(7)  For He has delivered me from every trouble, and my eye has looked in triumph on my enemies.

2Ti 4:14 ESV
(14)  Alexander the coppersmith did me great harm; the Lord will repay him according to his deeds.

2Th 1:4-6 ESV
(4)  Therefore we ourselves boast about you in the churches of God for your steadfastness and faith in all your persecutions and in the afflictions that you are enduring.
(5)  This is evidence of the righteous judgment of God, that you may be considered worthy of the kingdom of God, for which you are also suffering
(6)  since indeed God considers it just to repay with affliction those who afflict you,

Gal 6:7 ESV
(7)  Do not be deceived: God is not mocked, for whatever one sows, that will he also reap.

Rom 12:17-19 ESV
(17)  Repay no one evil for evil, but give thought to do what is honorable in the sight of all.
(18)  If possible, so far as it depends on you, live peaceably with all.
(19)  Beloved, never avenge yourselves, but leave it to the wrath of God, for it is written, “Vengeance is mine, I will repay, says the Lord.”

Heb 10:30-31 ESV
(30)  For we know him who said, “Vengeance is mine; I will repay.” And again, “The Lord will judge His people.”
(31)  It is a fearful thing to fall into the hands of the living God.

1Th 3:3-4 ESV
(3)  that no one be moved by these afflictions. For you yourselves know that we are destined for this.
(4)  For when we were with you, we kept telling you beforehand that we were to suffer affliction, just as it has come to pass, and just as you know.

2Co 12:10 KJV
(10)  Therefore I take pleasure in infirmities, in reproaches, in necessities, in persecutions, in distresses for Christ’s sake: for when I am weak, then am I strong.

Mat 5:44-48 KJV
(44)  But I say unto you, Love your enemies, bless them that curse you, do good to them that hate you, and pray for them which despitefully use you, and persecute you;
(45)  That ye may be the children of your Father which is in heaven: for He maketh his sun to rise on the evil and on the good, and sendeth rain on the just and on the unjust.
(46)  For if ye love them which love you, what reward have ye? do not even the publicans the same?
(47)  And if ye salute your brethren only, what do ye more than others? do not even the publicans so?
(48)  Be ye therefore perfect, even as your Father which is in heaven is perfect.

Be blessed with His strength and grace and perfect love that casts out all fear!

Lift Up Your Eyes To The LORD! He Is Your Help!

Psa 121:1-8 ESV
(1)  A Song of Ascents. I lift up my eyes to the hills. From where does my help come?
(2)  My help comes from the LORD, who made heaven and earth.
(3)  He will not let your foot be moved; He who keeps you will not slumber.
(4)  Behold, He who keeps Israel will neither slumber nor sleep.
(5)  The LORD is your keeper; the LORD is your shade on your right hand.
(6)  The sun shall not strike you by day, nor the moon by night.
(7)  The LORD will keep you from all evil; He will keep your life.
(8)  The LORD will keep your going out and your coming in from this time forth and forevermore.

Take comfort in knowing that the LORD sees it all. He will not fail you. Keep your eyes fixed upon Him and place your trust in Him completely. He never sleeps and is always ready to listen to our cries when we pray. Let us also be ready to listen back to Him.

Blessings of His wonderful extravagant love to you,

Pastors & Psalmist Gary and Rhonda Petzoldt

If The LORD Says to you “I will be with you!” – Is That Not Enough?

Moses had a problem with believing the LORD could use him. It was the will of the LORD for Moses to be the mouthpiece instead of Aaron, for we see that it angered the LORD that Moses did not even believe He could supernaturally make his tongue speak well. Let us clearly learn a lesson here that God longs for us to totally lean upon Him. If He says to us, "I will be with you." Is that not enough? If He says to us, "Did I not form your mouth?" Is that not enough? Oh GOD help us to totally submit to your perfect will in trusting what you do with our lives to be a mouthpiece for you. If you say "GO" then help us to obey quickly and deliver us from unbelief in You!

Exo 4:10-14 ESV
(10)  But Moses said to the LORD, "Oh, my Lord, I am not eloquent, either in the past or since You have spoken to Your servant, but I am slow of speech and of tongue."
(11)  Then the LORD said to him, "Who has made man's mouth? Who makes him mute, or deaf, or seeing, or blind? Is it not I, the LORD?
(12)  Now therefore go, and I will be with your mouth and teach you what you shall speak."
(13)  But he said, "Oh, my Lord, please send someone else."
(14)  Then the anger of the LORD was kindled against Moses and He said, "Is there not Aaron, your brother, the Levite? I know that he can speak well. Behold, he is coming out to meet you, and when he sees you, he will be glad in his heart.

Be blessed with His extravagant and overflowing Love!
