Know Your Battle Cry!

Psalm 89:15 Know your battle cry! Hallelujah! My wife and I recently heard Janet Shell here at the Christian Retreat speak about knowing your battle cry! In Psalm 89:15 the hebrew Word for joyful sound literally means ‘battle cry’. Blessed are the people that know this sound and they that know it will walk in the light of His countenance! GLORY! We must find ourselves at all times praising the LORD and proclaiming our battle cry…. the ‘joyful sound’. Some people want to wait until they hear a worship team singing out those anointed songs and then join in for the battle cry. They don’t have to do that! Each of us as children of Yahweh have the anointing operating through us by the very fact that the Holy Spirit resides in us!

You don’t have to wait for the anointed praise of someone elses leading to get you out of your situation and into the Glory of YAH. Start praising Him right now in your own time, not just when you are in Church on Sunday. You too can repeat the verse that Jesus repeated in the temple, Isaiah 61:1 . Place your name in there, “The Spirit of the Lord GOD is upon _____….” Did you know you can do that as a Christian who has accepted Jesus as your Lord? Why? Because He poured out His Holy Spirit on the day of pentecost and now His Spirit is upon you! See yourself operating in the anointing of Christ! Did you know the word Christ means ‘anointed one’? When you qoute Philippians 4:13 you can look at this way, “I can do all things through Christ (the anointed one or the anointing) which strengthens me!

Go on and start praising His name and let Him hear your battle cry! Victory will be sure to follow if you are persistant in it!
